Attention to Detail
A series of work that begins with scenes originating from a natural panoramic viewpoint and then closes in on unusual viewpoints. The intentions of this exploration is to engage the viewer with the artwork. This is done by drawing from the details in the "big picture" and taking them out of their context. The results are images that are not always immediately discernible and therefore the viewer becomes involved. Each setting is interpreted in different mediums of photograph, graphite, charcoal and acrylics.
