Matcha Love

His hands hold a cup as he bends over it carefully pressing the bits of green powder into the steamy oat milk
His concentration is not intense
It’s casual with an ease and patience
His face is soft in a slight smile as he talks quietly
He exudes love
So much love pours into making this cup of matcha for his beloved
His love spills out of the cup into the room
It billows up around him enveloping all of us
He exudes joy
It spreads out in misty fingers gently caressing smiles on our faces
He exudes peace
Softly laying it upon us in a whisper releasing all tension
Happiness in it’s purest form shines from within him
